Patek Philippe Calatrava 6119 — White Gold – Ebony Black

Introduced in 2021, the Calatrava ref. 6119 gave the archetypal round dress watch a refreshed, slightly larger 39mm case with a guilloché "Clous de Paris" (hobnail) bezel, a design detail borrowed from Patek Philippe's own archive references. It runs the manually wound Calibre 30-255 PS with a small seconds sub-dial, and has been produced in white gold and rose gold cases with charcoal-grey/black or opaline dials on alligator leather straps.
